We aim to provide you with a thoroughly relaxing experience from the moment you walk into the salon until the time you leave. We therefore request you turn phones to silent and limit mobile phone activity to texting only. Thank you.
Cancellation and Arrivals
As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment otherwise a 50% charge will be implemented. Late arrivals regrettably result in shortened treatment time, charged at full rate.
