Booking a Treatment
When booking a treatment with us, you will be requested to provide your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We require this information so that we may secure your booking successfully. A telephone number is required so we may contact you should a problem arise with your booking.
At Ultimate Beauty, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers, and you can find out more about how we safeguard personal data in our Privacy Statement.
We may use your contact information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our website, unless you advise us otherwise. If you prefer not receive this information, you can email [email protected]
Purchasing Courses
Courses are non transferable. Courses cannot be shared with another person. Courses cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer. Face and Body courses must be used within six months. Spray Tanning courses must be used within four months.
Cancellation of Appointments
You are entitled to cancel your appointment with Ultimate Beauty up to 24 hours’ prior to the time of the appointment without incurring a charge. If you wish to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge will be implemented.
Late arrivals regrettably result in shortened treatment time, charged at full rate.

Treatment and Product Descriptions, Images & Pricing
Each treatment or product purchased is sold subject to its Treatment & Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of treatments and products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Treatment & Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. The images shown on the Website are copyright of Ultimate Beauty and for illustration purposes only. Images may be copied, downloaded and reproduced for your own personal use only. All prices published are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
